Schedules for Veteran Flu Vaccine Clinics - 2011

The CDC recommends that you receive an Influenza Vaccine every year.
VAMC Mountain Home’s 2011 schedules for Flu Vaccine Clinics are:
 
Mountain Home, Main Campus

Walk-in Clinic. Bldg 160 2nd floor lobby.

  • Saturday Clinics - October 22 & 29, and November 5, 2011 from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
  • Starting October 24 - Monday through Friday Walk-in Flu Clinics from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm in the 2nd floor lobby area or at your scheduled appointment with your healthcare provider.
Knoxville William Tallent OPC Walk-in Clinic
  • Starting October 24 - Walk-in Flu Clinic daily 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm or during a scheduled
    appointment with your healthcare provider.
Bristol Walk-In Clinic
  • Saturday, October 22, 2011 - 8:00 am - 3:00 pm or during a scheduled appointment with your healthcare provider.
  • Starting October 24 - Monday through Friday Walk-in Flu Clinics will be available from
    8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Norton Walk-in Clinic
  • Starting October 24 - Monday through Friday - 8:00 am - 3:00 pm or during a scheduled appointment with your healthcare provider.
Morristown Walk-In Clinic
  • 8:00 am - 3:00 pm or during a scheduled appointment with your healthcare provider.
Rogersville Walk-in Clinic
  • Starting October 24 - Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, or at your scheduled
    appointment with your healthcare provider.
Vansant Walk-in Clinic
  • Starting October 24 - Monday and Wednesday 9:15 am - 2:30 pm

Jonesville Walk-in Clinic
  • Starting October 25 - Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am - 2:30 pm

We highly recommend that you take advantage of one of the Saturday clinics. Sufficient
parking and easy access will assist this process. Please bring your VA Identification
Card. 
 

If you received a Fluvax elsewhere, please let your provider know through phone call or
mail. Send information to your provider at VAMC, PO Box 4000, Mountain Home, TN 37684
and leave your name, last four, the date and location where you received your Fluvax so
that the documentation can be noted in your records.
 Don't forget-bring your VA ID.
