Eye Clinic (Ward B2) - Ext 2959
The Eye Clinic, which is located in building 200, ward B2, provides full comprehensive eye care with our experienced staff of Ophthalmologist, Optometrist and an Optical Services.
Pain Management (Bldg. 160, Room P-360) - Ext 7236
The Pain Management Clinic, which is located in building 160, room P-360, functions as an interdisciplinary team which specializing in multiple forms of chronic pain control and/or management.
Pre-Operative Clinic (Bldg. 200, Room D-128) - Ext 2065
The Pre-Operative Clinic, which is located in building 200, Room D-128, functions as an interdisciplinary team which specializes assessment and preparation prior to surgery.
Surgical Outpatient Clinics (Ward E1) – Ext 2131
The Surgical Outpatient Clinic, which is located in building 200, Ward E1, provides the bulk of our clinic care for our patients. The following clinics are located on Ward E1: General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology (ENT), Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Surgical Oncology, Thoracic Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
Same Day Surgery Check-In (Ward EG) – Ext 2620
Located in building 200, ward EG, this is the check-in area for inpatient and outpatient surgeries.
Surgery Scheduling - Ext 7355 or 2568
Located in our Surgery Outpatient Clinic, all surgeries are scheduled or re-scheduled through this integral component of the surgery process.
Urology (Ward D1) – Ext 7638
The Urology Clinic, which is located in building 200, ward D1, provides care for kidney, bladder, prostate and some reproductive issues.
Community Cooperation
VAMC Mountain Home works closely with local area hospitals and institutions to provide services to our veterans that are not available through the VHA healthcare system.
